Ignite runs alongside full-time client work. The sessions are designed to keep a steady rhythm without disrupting client delivery — total time is around three to four hours a week.
Focused sessions with demo first, principles after. Provides shared direction and language. Fixed daytime rhythm as part of the work week.

Peer learning from real client experiences. 2–3 Ignitere share what they have met at the client in the last 30 days. The cohort's most valuable learning arena.

Hands-on build on a realistic case. Each group has a mentor. Goal: a runnable module + concrete artefact usable in your own portfolio.

Jury review, cross-learning and celebration. Each Igniter presents their Alliance case to the jury, defends orally, and receives the Ignite Certified Consultant title.

As a Shaper you attend 21 masterclasses, 10 dojos, 2 weekend gatherings and 2 in-person gatherings across the year. Frontier Friday (9 sessions) is an optional lunch — and every masterclass is recorded, so you can always catch up.
