Three directions, one shared foundation

All Igniters take the same 21 shared courses. On top of that come 7-8 track courses per direction — that is where the specialisation is built.

Ignite Builder

AI Engineer

Can put an agent in production Monday morning.

Deep technical breadth: agent orchestration, RAG engineering, evals and production practice.

Why this track

Demand for developers who can put agentic systems into production far outstrips supply. This track builds the full skill set: from agent patterns and RAG to operations, cost control and security.

What you build

The client has an AI idea that works as a prototype but needs to be in actual production with users
The client needs to build an agent that performs tasks (not just answers) against internal systems and data
The client must replace a manual step with something that handles edge cases and failures gracefully

Applied AI / Evaluation

Knows whether the AI answer is actually good enough.

Evaluation as craft, fine-tuning, data platforms and agentic analytics.

Why this track

Most enterprises adopting AI lack a good answer to whether the results are reliable enough to trust. The Tuner role builds exactly that answer, with measurement methods that hold up in production.

What you build

The client has AI in use but doesn't know if answers are good enough for production
The client has lots of internal data to be searchable or answerable — RAG or graph RAG needs
The client is considering fine-tuning and needs someone who knows when it pays off and when not to

Why this track

Many clients have completed successful pilots that never became lasting change. The Shaper role is built for exactly that gap: taking AI from working solution to established practice in the organisation.

What you build

The client wants to roll out AI broadly across the organisation but lacks strategy, framework and plan
The client has pilots that don't survive the handover — needs change management and handover methodology
The client is in a regulated industry (banking, public, health, energy) and needs EU AI Act compliance
