Train your own AI experts — while we deliver together.

Alliance is a commercial model where your employees participate in Ignite for free — in exchange for hiring an Igniter from us in the same pair. One from you, one from us. We go through the program side by side and deliver a real AI project inside your organisation. Scales 1-1, 2-2, 4-4 — as many pairs as you want.

How Ignite Alliance works

One employee from you + one Igniter from us = one Alliance pair. The pair is the foundation of the program: they learn together, deliver together, and graduate together.

How the program actually affects a week of client delivery

Ignite is designed to run alongside client work — courses are placed during the workday and form part of the work week. Here is what to expect in terms of time.

Distributed across the week
1–2 hoursSelf-study

Reading, recorded walkthroughs and exercises for the active courses. Flexible — in breaks, between meetings, or after hours.

The load is distributed and predictable. Masterclass and courses run during the day (every other Wednesday 15:00–16:30), and dojo runs in the late afternoon (Thursday 15:00–16:30). On average the total lands at three to four hours per week of working time.

Courses have been moved from evenings to daytime because we see that people fall off when learning becomes evening fatigue on top of full delivery. For leaders that means the Igniter spends ~10% of their work time on skill-building — the rest of the week they deliver on the client project as normal. It is a real investment, but a distributed and predictable one.

These items do NOT add to the work week
  • Frontier Friday — lunch, 1 hour per month (optional)
  • Onboarding 31 Aug – 1 Sept — two days run as normal working days
  • Graduation in June — two days run as normal working days
  • Lab weekends — two weekends per year, Saturday–Sunday (weekend time, not working days)

Either part of normal working hours, or weekend time that does not touch client delivery.

Want to send one or fifteen employees through? The model scales symmetrically. For each employee you send, you hire an Igniter in the same pair. 1-1, 2-2, 4-4 — always paired.

At strategic commitment we open up the program so every task and project throughout the year is anchored in your own data and real business cases — not generic AI exercises. Your employees and the Igniters solve concrete problems inside your organisation from day one, and the capability built is directly applicable in your context.

How it works

From signing to finished delivery

  1. 01

    Matching

    Capgemini matches an Igniter with a client employee at program start in August. The client's employee participates as a full Ignite member — same sessions, same requirements, same diploma.

  2. 02

    Shared learning journey

    The pair goes through all six phases together. They share Dojo, Frontier Friday and lab weekends. Same mentor access, same portfolio requirements.

  3. 03

    The Alliance case

    From November the pair begins building a real delivery at the client. This becomes the graduation case for both — evaluated by jury in June 2027.

  4. 04

    Graduation and handover

    Both graduate as Ignite Certified Consultants in June. The client then has internal AI capability AND a finished delivery ready to continue operating.
