Ignite Alliance
Alliance is a commercial model where your employees participate in Ignite for free — in exchange for hiring an Igniter from us in the same pair. One from you, one from us. We go through the program side by side and deliver a real AI project inside your organisation. Scales 1-1, 2-2, 4-4 — as many pairs as you want.

Ignite Alliance-modell
One employee from you + one Igniter from us = one Alliance pair. The pair is the foundation of the program: they learn together, deliver together, and graduate together.
Ignite is designed to run alongside full client work — the learning happens in evenings and own time, not as a substitute for delivery. Here is what to expect in terms of time.
Main delivery of course content. Recordings available, but live attendance unlocks peer learning.
Reflection circle where Ignitere share real cases from client work. Mandatory.
Reading, recorded walkthroughs and exercises for the active courses. Flexible — evenings, lunch, or between meetings.
The load is distributed and predictable. Masterclass and dojo run in the evening — mostly three evenings per month. The self-study time is flexible and can be taken in breaks, between meetings, or after hours. On average, the total lands at three to four hours per week outside of ordinary working hours.
This is not meant as night school on top of full delivery. The learning requires investment, but it is distributed and planned so the Igniter still meets the client's weekly rhythm and delivery commitments as normal. For leaders that means: no reduced project availability, and at the same time skill-building that shows up in the delivery within a few months.
Either part of normal working hours, or weekend time that does not touch client delivery.
Want to send one or fifteen employees through? The model scales symmetrically. For each employee you send, you hire an Igniter in the same pair. 1-1, 2-2, 4-4 — always paired.

Capgemini matches an Igniter with a client employee at program start in August. The client's employee participates as a full Ignite member — same sessions, same requirements, same diploma.
The pair goes through all six phases together. They share Dojo, Frontier Friday and lab weekends. Same mentor access, same portfolio requirements.
From November the pair begins building a real delivery at the client. This becomes the graduation case for both — evaluated by jury in June 2027.
Both graduate as Ignite Certified Consultants in June. The client then has internal AI capability AND a finished delivery ready to continue operating.
Alliance is the shortest path to building internal AI capability — without bearing the whole training cost alone, and without losing momentum while the learning happens.
At graduation you have an employee with the same diploma, method and quality standard as our billable consultants. Capgemini quality, your address.
The Alliance case is co-built and co-operated by the pair, on real data in your systems. Not a pilot — a production delivery.
The whole Ignite Loop — evals, observability, cost model, adoption measurement, EU AI Act documentation — transferred directly to your employees through the pair's daily work.
Your employees sit in Frontier Friday and Dojo every month. You learn what's moving long before it becomes common practice.

Your employees participate for free. You only pay for the Igniter's time as a project consultant — same as a regular engagement, but with training included on top.
