  • Can deliver production AI systems with full evaluation and documentation
  • Masters the track-specific craft (Builder / Tuner / Shaper)
  • Has a public portfolio documenting the delivery
  • Has proven adoption awareness and regulatory practice
  • Moves straight into billable client work after graduation
Jury process

How you are assessed

Continuous evaluation

Evidence is gathered throughout the year: portfolio, Dojo presentations, lab weekend deliveries, session participation. The jury sees the whole picture.

Oral defence

In June you present the Alliance case to the jury and defend orally. You answer technical, adoption and regulatory questions.

One tier, one stamp

You either reach Ignite Certified Consultant, or it becomes an HR conversation — never a silver/gold differentiation. The stamp always means one thing.

Portfolio

What you deliver at graduation

  • 01At least one OSS contribution (pull request, own library or active maintenance)
  • 02At least one sanitised case study or demo video from client work
  • 03At least one blog post or professional article published publicly
  • 04Alliance case (for those in Alliance pairs)
Certifications

External validation

  • Claude Certified (Anthropic)

    Developer – Foundations for Builder · Associate – Foundations for Tuner and Shaper. Documents the platform competence the program builds.
