Ignite runs alongside full-time client work. Sessions are chosen deliberately — frequent enough to keep momentum, rare enough to be realistic. Total: about six to seven hours a week.
Focused sessions with demo first, principles after. Provides shared direction and language. Fixed evening rhythm alongside client work.

Peer learning from real client experiences. 2–3 Ignitere share what they have met at the client in the last 30 days. The cohort's most valuable learning arena.

Jury review, cross-learning and celebration. Each Igniter presents their Alliance case to the jury, defends orally, and receives the Ignite Certified Consultant title.
