Ignite runs alongside full-time client work. The sessions are designed to keep a steady rhythm without disrupting client delivery — total time is around three to four hours a week.

One Igniter presents new technology, paper or tool from the last 30 days. Builds the habit of continuous learning and keeps curriculum alive.

Lab weekend

Hands-on build on a realistic case. Each group has a mentor. Goal: a runnable module + concrete artefact usable in your own portfolio.

Jury review, cross-learning and celebration. Each Igniter presents their Alliance case to the jury, defends orally, and receives the Ignite Certified Consultant title.

A typical month

This is what the weeks actually look like. All shared activities sit inside working hours — most weeks it is a single session.

  1. Week 1
