The Program

Six phases. One arc: diagnosis to delivery.

The structure is fixed. The content evolves with the market. Each phase has its own learning objectives, sessions and artefacts — and digs deeper into what consultants actually deliver.

  1. Phase 01August–September 2026

    Foundations

    Shared language, team, responsible AI, base tooling. Physical onboarding September.

    Foundations establishes the cohort. We build shared mental models, shared habits and shared standards. Before we build anything, we become a team. The onboarding September is the year's emotional anchor — you meet each other, form the cohort, and set the bar for what Ignite means.

  2. Phase 02October 2026

    Discover

    Problem diagnosis, business case, AI economics, EU AI Act risk classification, client conversation.

    Discover is where a good consultant is made — long before any code is written. You learn to find the right problem, put numbers on it, classify its risk, and lead the client from vague ambition to clear scope. Without this phase, you build the wrong solution the right way.

  3. Phase 03November–December 2026

    Build

    Agents, RAG, MCP, evaluation as a discipline of its own.

    Build is where you become technically strong. You build your first production-ready agent, implement RAG against real data, and establish an eval pipeline that catches regressions before they hit the client. This is the core — everything else in the program frames Build.

  4. Phase 04January–February 2027

    Operate

    GenAIOps, observability, canary/rollback, model router, cost, security.

    Operate is about staying alert while it runs. You learn how AI solutions behave in production — where they fail, how you see it before the client does, and how to roll back without panic. At the same time, you learn to balance cost, performance and quality under real constraints.

    Adopt

    Change management, user research, adoption metrics, runbook, handover.

    Adopt is the phase that separates consultants who 'deliver' from consultants who 'deliver value'. You learn why 7 in 10 AI initiatives fail — and how yours does not. User research, change management, measurement of actual use, and handover that secures continued operation.

  6. Phase 06May–June 2027

    Graduate

    Alliance case, portfolio, graduation. Physical gathering in June.

    Graduate is where everything comes together. You stitch 10 months of learning into one full delivery: the Alliance case. You curate your portfolio, prepare the oral defence, and walk to graduation. The end of Ignite — and the start of Certified Consultant status.
