For decision-makers

Why Ignite now — and what it means for us

This section is for leadership and Alliance partners. Strategic context, positioning and what gets delivered. No budgets or names — those are covered in separate conversations.

The market

What drives the decision

  • 01

    From prototype to production

Businesses move from experimentation to durable use. The need is operational competence, not demo skills.

  • 02

    Agentic systems become the norm

AI performs work — not just suggests. That requires new skills: tool use, HITL, traceability.

  • 03

    Regulatory trust

The EU AI Act is being phased in now: the transparency and GPAI requirements are already enforced, and the high-risk requirements follow in December 2027. Documentation and risk analysis become part of the delivery.

  • 04

    Adoption as bottleneck

Most AI initiatives that stall, stall on adoption. The market is asking for consultants who can close that gap.

How Ignite answers

Closing the gap

  • 01The track builds both technical builder profiles and strong change leaders — 45 % of the cohort are Shapers
  • 02All Ignitere deliver according to a shared Ignite methodology — recognisable to the client
  • 03External certifications from Anthropic (Claude Certified) and Microsoft (AI-102) document the competence
  • 04The Ignite Delivery Standard is published externally — makes the program sellable as a product
Positioning

Against competitors

  1. Generic trainee programs in the market lack AI specialisation and regulatory depth
  2. International AI programs lack Norwegian market focus and NAIS alignment
  3. Ignite: a Norwegian program with regulatory-grounded delivery and a clear certification
Alliance

Double value

  • Revenue-generating from day one: the Igniter delivers in paid client work throughout the program
  • The client's employees build internal AI capacity while we deliver
  • The strategic client relationship deepens through a shared learning journey
  • Reduces risk for the client: they own the skill after the program
Success criteria

How we measure

  • 100 % completion (no drop-out during the program)
  • All Ignitere certified at graduation
  • Each Igniter billable within 14 days of graduation
  • At least three Alliance pairs established in the first cohort
  • At least five published case studies after the first year
  • Net promoter score from Ignitere > 50
