Ignite Shaper is an AI Transformation Lead. You make AI initiatives stick inside regulated Norwegian enterprises — not as pilots, but as durable changes in how work gets done. You combine technological insight with process design, change management and governance.

Many clients have completed successful pilots that never became lasting change. The Shaper role is built for exactly that gap: taking AI from working solution to established practice in the organisation.

Career path after graduation

After graduation you join client projects as an AI Transformation Lead, a role in high demand. Typical engagements are in banking, public sector, energy and health. For Alliance pairs, the work often continues directly with the partner.

Who should choose this track

Choose Shaper if you want maximum impact per delivery, like complex organisations, and want to combine technical insight with strategic leadership.

Certifications

  • Claude Certified Associate – Foundations (required): Anthropic's foundational certification. Gives you the technical grounding to hold credible conversations with both delivery teams and client leadership — model understanding, capabilities and limitations. The curriculum is covered in the Foundations phase; the exam is 120 minutes at Pearson VUE.
  • Microsoft AI-102 – Azure AI Engineer Associate (recommended): For those who want to go deeper in the technical dialogue. Optional for Shaper — your role is measured on transformation, not Azure configuration.
